100% employee-owned environmental and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager (P.E.) to play a key role in its growing municipal water/wastewater practice in the San Antonio market.
This is a seller-doer opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, winning work, and delivering high-quality municipal projects that make a meaningful impact on communities.
The OpportunityIn this role, you will take a prominent position within the local water/wastewater group, combining project delivery, client engagement, and business development. You will have the autonomy to help shape the practice while remaining technically involved in impactful work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple municipal water, wastewater, and reuse projects of varying size and complexity
- Leading projects through planning, design, and construction while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Actively engaging clients and expanding trusted relationships in the San Antonio area
- Supporting business development efforts, including proposal preparation and project pursuit
- Building, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing local team
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas (required)
- 7+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater/reuse engineering
- Proven experience managing projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contracts, and quality
- Demonstrated passion for business development and growing client relationships
