The Manufacturing Industrial Engineer will be responsible for conducting time studies, performing line balancing, developing standard work, and validating final processes to ensure results meet defined targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production efficiency.
- Perform line balancing to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
- Develop and implement standard work procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Validate final processes to ensure compliance with performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Skilled in MOST or equivalent work measurement systems.
- Experience in standard work creation and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in automotive or trucking environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience: Skilled in MOST or equivalent work measurement systems; experience in standard work creation
