Position: MEP DEPARTMENT LEADER
Job Description

• 10
  -15 years of experience for the Design of building Mechanical systems for various building types. Inpatient Healthcare design and Higher Education experience is required
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit is strongly desired.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of developments in the field.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated
• Willing to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.

- Position requires good leadership and motivational skills, solid technical background, good organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, client interaction and representation.

- Ability to act independently with minimal direct oversight while managing MEP engineering staff.

- Provide planning, staffing, scheduling, and budget management on projects.

- Ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.

- Assist in Business Development in pursuing new work including participation in client presentations.

- Interact with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to review, define, and design to meet customer requirements
