Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist in the design and development of test equipment, plans, and test cases for electrical and electronic components.

* Conduct tests to evaluate product performance under various conditions and document the results accurately.

* Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues effectively.

* Participate in the review and analysis of test results to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

* Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies for better efficiency and accuracy.

* Maintain test equipment and ensure that it is calibrated, functional, and safe to use.

* Report findings and provide recommendations for product improvements based on testing outcomes.

* Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
