You will have the chance to utilize your transportation design expertise in roadway/highway Engineering to serve on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside a leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and client service. Project opportunities may include highway interchange design, freeway roadway design, and local road projects. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business to solve unique challenges for our clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (PE)
- 5-10 years of previous professional engineering roadway design and geometrics experience leading tasks
- Previous Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). County or Municipal experience
- Strong Civil 3D or Open Roads background for modeling and preparing construction plans
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of the transportation market and established relationships with key clients such as TxDOT and local municipalities
- Passion for mentoring a high‑performing design team, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment
- Strong business development acumen to join forces with our Growth team as we pursue and secure new project opportunities that expand our project portfolio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a servant‑leadership mindset focused on serving our teams, clients, and projects
