Hours:

1st Shift, flex start time with this group and also open if someone wants 2nd shift

• Right now typically the team will work 5 8s and start between 530-7am depending on their preference

• OT and weekend work could happen so need to be somewhat flexible to meet production demands Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience translating electrical design requirements and putting them into a sequences plan/build plan in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

* Boeing Software experience: WIRS, WQCS, MES CI, REDARS, IVT, Gold ESP

* ECAT (Electrical Corrective Action Team) or equivalent shop floor issue‑resolution experience working directly with mechanics

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Understand and navigate engineering drawings and BOM (bill or materials) Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience developing or supporting tooling lists for electrical builds

* Experience annotating or working with 3D models / graphics

* Previous structures or floor experience (mechanic or quality background)

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

* Previous Boeing experience

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Electrical Manufacturing Planners to support a large aerospace client in San Antonio, TX (100% onsite). This role focuses on translating electrical designs into executable production build plans while supporting real-time issue resolution on the shop floor. Daily Responsibilities:

* Support ECAT (Electrical Corrective Action Team) by working directly with mechanics to resolve electrical issues during production

* Develop electrical build plans and sequencing to support production execution

* Create and support OSIPs (Out of Sequence Installation Plans) as needed for rework and recovery

* Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs to ensure builds are accurate and producible

* Partner with Design Engineering and manufacturing teams to drive build readiness

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, and quality in a fast-paced environment

* Apply lean principles to improve manufacturing efficiency
