A growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Mid‑Level experienced Automation Engineer / Controls Engineer to support automation projects, improve production efficiency, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment within a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities- Program and troubleshoot PLCs
, HMIs
, VFDs
, and automated systems - Support machine upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements
- Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues to reduce downtime
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
- Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, and system optimization
- 3+ years of automation or controls experience in manufacturing
- Experience with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens
, or similar PLC platforms - Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot controls systems
- Robotics, motion control, or SCADA experience is a plus
