Civil​/Structural Engineer

At Basis North America (BNA), we are expanding our engineering team to support major infrastructure and renewable energy developments. We are looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to ensure the technical compliance and quality execution of our projects.

• Review and Supervise site operations, including earthworks, grading, and site preparation.
• Oversee Structural Works
  , ensuring the correct installation of foundations, piles, concrete structures, steel framing, and equipment mounting systems.
• Verify Construction Compliance in the field against Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, technical specifications, and international engineering standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve design discrepancies and ensure quality control.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (recognized/licensed).
• Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, specifically working on utility‑scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, BESS, etc.).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of earthworks, deep/shallow foundations, concrete structures, and steel mounting systems.
• Standards: Proven experience working with and verifying compliance against IFC drawings and industry specifications.
• Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong communication, and robust field problem‑solving abilities.
