What we are looking for- Seniority:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction management for utility scale renewable energy projects. - Solar PV Expertise:
Proven experience managing utility scale Solar PV projects of 50 MW or larger, including construction supervision and coordination. - BESS
Experience:
Direct experience supervising integrated Solar PV and/or BESS projects, preferably including commissioning and energization phases. - Texas Market Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience coordinating with EPC contractors, Texas TDUs, utilities, and local and state AHJs. - Construction Leadership:
Strong experience in schedule control, contractor oversight, change management, and site coordination.
You will be part of a strategic renewable energy project in one of the most active energy markets in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead field execution, work with experienced technical teams, and contribute directly to the growth of utility scale clean energy infrastructure.
