Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.

• Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements.

• Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.

• Coordinate with operations and field personnel.

• Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.

• Support project handoff and startup activities.

• Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.

• Analyze project profitability and cost trends.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Experience & Physical Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles.

• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
