We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment. This individual will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and grow within the HVAC industry while contributing to the success of the sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify opportunities and requirements
  • Perform equipment selection and sizing based on application needs
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for customers and contractors
  • Provide technical support and product guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to confirm pricing, lead times, and product configurations
  • Assist outside sales team with project tracking and customer follow-up
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and project tracking systems
  • Support order entry and ensure accuracy of project details
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or related field (heavily preferred)
  • Equivalent experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical sales considered
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems (HVAC preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus
