DRG is looking to fill a contract position with the T-7A Red Hawk Advanced Pilot Training program at JBSA Randolph. The Program is in a critical early phase of introduction to the United States Air Force, managed in partnership with Boeing. As a stand-up program, it requires a high degree of collective effort, personal accountability, and a pioneering mindset from every team member.
This is not a traditional siloed maintenance organization with separate shops for each aircraft system. Rather, it is a fully integrated, collaborative maintenance environment in which Ground Handling, Hydraulics, Electrical, Avionics/Instrument Technicians, and Engine Maintenance personnel work together as one team to stand up and mature sustainment capabilities for this history-making airframe. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the foundation of USAF pilot training for the next generation on an aircraft that will serve for decades to come.
