Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Integration team supporting the development of advanced medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Details

Location: San Antonio, TX (in-office one day a week or remote)
Pay Range: $28 to $35/hr
Duration: 12-month contract

Responsibilities

Develop engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP software.

Identify and quote manufacturing methods and new materials with suppliers.

Monitor ordering and receipt of materials, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

Coordinate engineering and production builds, including drafting work instructions.

Manage trade compliance activities and support design verification builds with the manufacturing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.

Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Experience in engineering manufacturing environment or new product development.

Experience in writing technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
