We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and developing infrastructure projects that prioritize sustainability and efficiency, in line with our commitment to innovative construction solutions.

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Create comprehensive engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for various civil projects.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design solutions that meet project requirements and sustainability goals.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.

• Incorporate principles of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) into project designs to enhance environmental performance.
• Work closely with the sustainability team to ensure designs contribute to GHG reduction targets.

• Provide accurate quantity take-offs and assist in developing cost estimates based on BIM models.
• Ensure designs are optimized for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in sustainable civil engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering design.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and tools.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and LCA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with cost estimation tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of GHG calculation methods and sustainability reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
