The Entity You Will JoinSyncmax is the flagship entity of Equans dedicated to power systems engineering and integrated automation. Syncmax ensures compliance with network requirements, mastery of advanced control functions, and robust automation of renewable infrastructures to ensure stability and performance.
Your Challenge With UsYou will manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts concerning SCADA systems, Power Plant Controllers (PPC), and Protection & Control (P&C) systems. You will be the key interface between engineering and operations teams, ensuring a smooth transition of assets in service phase, rapid technical resolution of incidents, and optimization of installation performance.
YourMain Responsibilities:
- Be the main technical contact for SLA contracts, solving complex issues related to SCADA, PPC, and P&C systems.
- Ensure the transition of projects from execution/commissioning stage to long-term management in collaboration with SYNCMAX production teams.
- Manage the ticketing system, analyze root causes of incidents, diagnose, and effectively correct malfunctions.
- Monitor and optimize automation interfaces to ensure network compliance and performance.
- Maintain clear technical communication and provide exemplary customer service within the scope of maintenance and performance contracts.
Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in HTB post automation, renewable power plants, or industrial automation. Practical mastery of SCADA systems and industrial protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3). Knowledge of Power Plant Controllers (PPC) and Protection & Control (P&C) systems. Strong skills in electrical systems engineering and diagnostic tools. Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to link project and client support teams.
Proficiency in professional English.
