Mission:

You work exclusively for one of our clients and your main missions are the following:

• Management of the client relationship

• Management of rooms

• User support (manage the need, assist with setup, complete the event, feedback)

• Reliability of meetings

• Identification of technical improvement points

• Corrective maintenance Level 1-3 of audiovisual and IT equipment

• Preventive maintenance with meter reading, machine firmware, and identification of obsolescence

• Configuration of audiovisual devices

• Writing precise intervention minutes, client communication

• Management of incident tickets

Profile:

• Knowledge of networks as well as Visio, Teams (MTR), Zoom solutions is a plus

• Reactivity, versatility

• Client listening, service sense

• Availability

• Good presentation

• Relationship skills

• Autonomy in the realization and organization of work.
