Operations Manager
This job is with a global chemical manufacturing company located at a medium size PSM regulated specialty chemical plant using primarily reactors. This person will be the Operations Manager for a production unit overseeing 8 operators while working with the maintenance and project engineers. There are two other Operations Managers on site who supervise operators and a unit engineer. This company offers a great benefits package, a pension program, a 9/80 schedule and a prioritized work/life balance.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Engineering
- Chemical Engineering is ideal, Mechanical Engineer is acceptable.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally out of chemicals or something closely related to that (PSM-regulated plants)
- 1 Year or more supervisory experience is required.
Note:
Could do up to $120,000 for a 10+ yr person.
