Daikin Applied is seeking a Project Manager for our San Antonio District. Location:

In office and frequent travel to customer sites within the San Antonio district including the RGV and Austin areas.

What you will do:

Reviews project proposal to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.

Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required.

Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

Participate in pre-sale site visits with Account Managers, primarily for learning and support.

Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters, and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications.

Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.

Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.

Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.

Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer.

Responsible for the successful completion of assigned projects.

Your

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
2+ years of related project experience, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or comparable industry. 6+ years industry experience preferred.
Commercial HVAC experience.
PMP Certification, PE License, or related (Preferred).

The typical salary for this position in Texas ranges from $90,000 - $165,000 + annual bonus incentive. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
