Position SummaryWe are seeking a personable and skilled Mechanical Engineer with a Texas PE certification to join our San Antonio office. This role includes mechanical systems design, project management, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial and healthcare facility design, proficiency in REVIT, and a strong desire to grow within a dynamic, employee-owned firm.
Responsibilities- Lead mechanical systems design for assigned projects.
- Perform calculations and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Actively participate in client meetings to establish project needs and expectations.
- Support business development efforts, including marketing and project pursuits.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Active Texas PE certification.
- Proficiency in REVIT and familiarity with building codes.
- Project management experience in commercial or healthcare facility design.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
