Estimator Position
We are working with a leading Construction and EPC firm with more than 30 years of experience completing complex energy and infrastructure projects across the country.
The Estimator will play a key role during the pre-construction phase, ensuring that accurate and competitive cost estimates are prepared for water utility projects within water infrastructure and wastewater treatment plants. This position involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to thoroughly analyze project plans, specifications, and cost data. The Estimator will contribute to creating comprehensive bids that align with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Timberline, Sage, or other similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site assessments and pre-bid meetings as needed.
Salary range: $105k-125k
