Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer (Level
3)
Location:
San Antonio, TX – this position is 100% onsite.
- Understands and implements production and tooling methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Reviews, identifies, and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
- Builds and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Reviews and assists with technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to difficult problems.
- Implements lean principles and technologies.
- Reviews electrical design requirements and approves new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Reviews and implements non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Validates Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
- 5 years related work experience.
- Working knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills), IVT, MESci.
- Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills), IVT, MESci.
This position does not offer relocation benefits.
ShiftPrimarily required to support 1st Shift; may require rotational support for 2nd shift at management discretion.
Security ClearanceRequires ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required. Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Total Rewards & Pay TransparencyPay range: $103,700 - $140,300 – based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
