Job Overview
Manufacturing Technology Analysts (Level 3 and Level
4) in Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering.
Location:
San Antonio, TX. 100% onsite. Must obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) and be U.S. Citizen.
- Understand and implement production and tooling methodologies.
- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Review and implement conceptual designs and maintain program architecture for build.
- Build and implement manufacturing plans.
- Review producibility and variation analyses to assist with manufacturing process capability match requirements.
- Assist with providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document best practices.
- Review design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Assist with technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost, or schedule.
- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to difficult problems.
- Implement lean principles and technologies.
- Review electrical design requirements and assist with new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Incorporate non‑conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Validate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.
- 6 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced), IVT, MESci.
- 10 or more years related work experience or equivalent combination (Level
4). - Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced), IVT, MESci.
- Experience leading teams.

Shift: Primarily 1st Shift; alternate shifts may be required at management discretion.

Total Rewards & Pay Transparency: Competitive base pay and variable compensation. Pay ranges:
Experienced $90,950 – $123,050;
Senior $111,350 – $150,650.
Export Control Compliance: Must meet U.S. export control requirements; a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, etc.) is required.
Visa Sponsorship: Applicant sponsorship is not available.
