PositionManufacturing Technology Analyst, Level 3 or Level 4 (Boeing Defense, Space & Security Production Engineering team).
Location:
San Antonio, TX.
- Understand and implement production and tooling methodologies.
- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Review and implement conceptual designs and maintain the program architecture for build.
- Build and implement manufacturing plans.
- Review producibility and variation analyses to assist with manufacturing process capability match requirements.
- Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document producibility best practices.
- Review design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Review and assist with technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to difficult problems.
- Implement lean principles and technologies.
- Review electrical design requirements and assist with new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Work non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Validate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.
This position is 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX.
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (interim and/or final).
Basic Qualifications- 6 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced), IVT, MESci.
- 10+ years related work experience or equivalent (Level
4) or bachelor's degree. - Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced), IVT, MESci.
- Experience leading teams.
This position does not offer relocation benefits.
ShiftPrimarily 1st Shift; alternate shifts may be required at management discretion.

Total Rewards & Pay TransparencyBase pay range:
Experienced $90,950 – $123,050;
Senior $111,350 – $150,650. Pay also considers experience, qualifications, and market factors.
Position requires a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) and compliance with U.S. export control laws.
