Manufacturing Technology Analyst, Level 3 or Level 4 (Boeing Defense, Space & Security Production Engineering team).

Location:

San Antonio, TX.

• Understand and implement production and tooling methodologies.
• Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Review and implement conceptual designs and maintain the program architecture for build.
• Build and implement manufacturing plans.
• Review producibility and variation analyses to assist with manufacturing process capability match requirements.
• Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document producibility best practices.
• Review design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
• Review and assist with technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
• Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to difficult problems.
• Implement lean principles and technologies.
• Review electrical design requirements and assist with new releases and revisions to existing designs.
• Work non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
• Validate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.

This position is 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX.

Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (interim and/or final).

• 6 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced), IVT, MESci.

• 10+ years related work experience or equivalent (Level
  4) or bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of REDARS, GOLDesp, WIRS, Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced), IVT, MESci.
• Experience leading teams.

This position does not offer relocation benefits.

Primarily 1st Shift; alternate shifts may be required at management discretion.

Base pay range:
Experienced $90,950 – $123,050;
Senior $111,350 – $150,650. Pay also considers experience, qualifications, and market factors.
