* Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Performs verification and inspection of flight component installation and operational functional testing of aircraft systems.

+ Inspects and verifies troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and documents faulty components.

+ Conducts inspection of pre-flight and post-flight checks and performs inspections of maintenance and modification prior to delivery.

+ Supports documentation of identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products.

+ Verifies the accuracy of work performed and may conduct self-inspection.

+ Assists in performing system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance inspections in preparation for delivery.

+ Participates in determining details of assignments to accomplish a wide range of objectives.

+ Plans, schedules and arranges own activities with the assistance of lead.

+ Inspects, documents, and creates non-conformance records with minimal assistance

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + Must be able to work any shift including days, nights and weekends

+ 2+ years' experience in the aerospace industry

+ 2+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing

+ 2+ years of experience working with Velocity and other 787 production applications

+ Experience in a team environment

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + FAA Airframe & Power Plant license

+ 3+ years of 787 Program Experience

+ Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications

+ Proficient in all forms of NCR (Non-Conformance Record) and EPD (Emergent Process Document) generation (NC/NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU or RGEN Revision etc.)

+ Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ 3+ year of flight line operations experience
