Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) About The Role
We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI models. Your domain expertise will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule and work on your own terms while contributing to some of the most advanced AI research happening today.

- Design Challenging Problems – Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to stress‑test AI performance
- Author Ground‑Truth Solutions – Write rigorous, step‑by‑step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
- Audit Technical Accuracy – Evaluate AI‑generated outputs including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
- Improve AI Reasoning – Identify flaws in AI logic and provide structured, actionable feedback to help models think more accurately about engineering problems
- Work Asynchronously – Complete tasks independently on your own schedule with no mandatory meetings or fixed hours
- Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or embedded systems
- Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and concisely in written English
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of precision when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior AI experience required
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
- Background spanning multiple electrical engineering subfields
- Work on genuinely cutting‑edge AI projects alongside top research labs
- Fully remote and flexible – work when and where it suits you
