Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Mechanical Estimator in Dallas, TX to lead MEP estimating, budgeting, and bidding for complex projects. You will review plans, perform quantity take-offs, solicit subcontractor bids, and develop complete estimate packages to meet client objectives.
You will collaborate with architects, clients, and operations to understand schedules and costs, maintain subcontractor relationships, and propose cost-effective solutions that balance quality and value.
