The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Lead Project Management Specialist (Level 4 or Level
5) to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization supporting the VC-25B program as a Control Account Manager (CAM).

BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
• Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
• Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives.
• Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.
• Ensures the assigned team is executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
• Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
• Manages Risk, Issues and Opportunities for the assigned projects.
• Manages several control accounts and is responsible for EVM

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

• 5+ years of experience utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM)
• 5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
• 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
• Experience in a role that required teaming and collaboration skills, and ability to work well with a geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix team
• 3+ years of experience with any of the following:
  Project/Program Management, Procurement, Supplier Program Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, and/or Supplier Quality
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with Senior level executives and/or project management and/or complex operations
• Experience with financial reporting

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Familiarity with aerospace program management processes and terminology.
• Experience with Agile or LEAN methodologies
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
