Toyoda Gosei Americas Texas is seeking a Toyota Production Systems Engineer to apply TPS principles in the Interior/Exterior Plastics Department. The TPS Engineer leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports production teams, and ensures TPS methods are implemented to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and 1–4 years of TPS or Manufacturing experience; CAD skills with AutoCAD or Solid Works are required.
