Entry Level Industrial Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Entry Level Industrial Engineer with Security Clearance
Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops Operating plans and Recovery plans as needed.

• Learn and support utilization and development of models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data (e.g., statistics, operations research, trend and production impacts).

• Improves processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality through the application of Lean and other Industrial Engineering concepts.

• Develops solutions to routine technical problems.

• Collaborates cross functionally to gather data for process improvements. This may include observing, documenting processes, and collecting data in manufacturing areas or on aircraft during various production phases.

• Schedules work plans, conducts data analysis (historical, trends and production impacts), staffing and process improvements. Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• Bachelors degree
• Beginner excel knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aircraft / Aerospace industry experience.

• Experience with 3D Computer aided design tools such as IVT.

• Experience with Boeing standard scheduling tools such as Aurora.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.

• Experience conducting/leading Time studies and reporting out to leadership.

Physical Requirements

• Able to walk, stand, and enter aircraft via steps or ladders. Able to lift up to 35lbs
