JCB North America is seeking a Senior Structures Engineer for the Access division to drive design, analysis, and validation of aerial work platforms (AWP). You will lead structural efforts across booms, scissor lifts, chassis, and platforms from our Texas facility, with initial HQ work in the UK through Q1 2027, then relocation to San Antonio as the center opens.
You will ensure regulatory compliance (ANSI/CSA/CE/ISO), generate DFMEAs, collaborate with validation teams, and mentor engineers
