E-Z Bel Construction seeks a detail-driven CAD Technician to support our Engineering & Design team. You will produce accurate 2D/3D drawings for renovations and large-scale construction projects, translating engineering concepts into buildable plans. Working closely with project managers and field teams, you'll update designs, resolve conflicts, and uphold CAD standards. In our collaborative, innovation-focused culture, you'll help deliver sustainable, high-quality solutions on time and within budget, supporting successful project execution from planning through construction.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 2
- D and 3
- D construction drawings and details using CAD software.
- Interpret engineering and architectural plans, specifications, and survey data.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Update and revise drawings based on redlines, RFIs, and change orders.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards, codes, and sustainable building practices.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and support estimating as needed.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation within CAD standards.
- Assist in constructability reviews and design optimization for field execution.
