This is your opportunity to elevate your career to the next level - leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs as a Senior Project Manager (CA) Lead, across OE, EPCM, and Design-Build delivery, working alongside the most recognized hyperscale owners, colocation operators, and advanced manufacturing clients in the industry. At Jacobs, you will do what you are most passionate about, at a scale and with a client roster that defines the future of AI infrastructure.
You will manage engineering-side project execution from basis of design through IFC, construction administration, commissioning, and turnover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, fee, risk, quality, client commitments, and field coordination-while serving as the connection between design intent and site execution.
- Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, staffing, contract administration, risk register, and change controls across the delivery lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, deliverable lists, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and client reporting; monitor progress and implement recovery actions when needed.
- Manage Jacobs engineering fee budgets, subcontract scopes, cost-at-completion, variances, change orders, and commercial impacts with appropriate project-controls support.
- Lead schedule development in P6, MS Project, or comparable tools; coordinate critical-path milestones across BOD, 30%/60%/IFC design, permits, procurement, construction administration, commissioning, and turnover.
- Delivery, Construction Administration & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through construction administration across Civil, Structural, MEP, process, controls, fire protection, and telecommunications/ICT systems, as assigned.
- Serve as the primary coordination point among the client, Project Engineer, discipline design teams, construction management, commissioning teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- As Owner’s Engineer or CA lead, represent the client’s interests through design review, RFI response, submittal processing, construction observation, field issue resolution, document issuance, and schedule adherence.
- Perform and coordinate field walks, engineering inspections, field checks, equipment and system verification, and line walkdowns; document observations with photos, sketches, markups, and action items.
- Verify that installed conditions, equipment identification, tags, room names, system references, and drawing information are accurate, current, and traceable.
