Key Responsibilities:

Optimize manufacturing and plant processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability
Lead and support capital projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational upgrades
Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
Support wastewater treatment operations and environmental compliance efforts
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, EHS, and leadership teams to drive plant performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Background in wastewater treatment, chemicals, industrial processing, renewable energy, or similar industries preferred
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project engineering experience
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process changes
