You do not need to currently hold the title of “AV Design Engineer.”
We want to hear from experienced AV engineers, commissioning technicians, service technicians, lead installers, and other technically strong AV professionals who understand how complete systems work and are ready for greater engineering responsibility.
This position combines system design, technical problem solving, equipment selection, documentation, customer interaction, and field engineering. You will work with a project from initial customer requirement through design, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
What You Will EngineerProjects range from standard collaboration environments to highly complex systems, including:

- Professional VTC and Unified Communications systems
- Training and classroom systems
- Auditoriums and large presentation environments
- Video walls and large-scale visualization

You will not spend every day designing variations of the same conference room.
What You Will Do- Design complete professional AV, VTC, and Unified Communications systems.
- Convert customer requirements into practical, buildable technical solutions.
- Develop equipment lists, BOMs, scopes of work, and proposal documentation.

We are looking for real AV knowledge, not simply experience selecting equipment from a catalog.
- 3+ years of professional AV engineering, installation, commissioning, service, programming, or comparable technical experience.
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow and complete system architecture.
- Working knowledge of professional audio, DSP, video distribution, control systems, conferencing, and AV-over-IP.
