Ideal candidates for this role must be technically sound, analytical, field-oriented, and customer-centric, supporting the growth and successful application of our Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals portfolio.

The successful candidates will recommend and sell relevant chemical application technologies to customers, as well as provide after-sales technical support services. The role involves understanding customers’ unique process situations and operational challenges, recommending suitable chemical solutions, supporting product trials and field applications, monitoring performance, and providing technical assistance to ensure that our chemical products deliver maximum value.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both onshore and offshore environments and able to help clients transform field process challenges into successful field chemical applications that will serve as reference treatment solutions in the future.

• Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in application engineering, technical support, chemical engineering, process engineering, field engineering, or a related role.
• Experience in oilfield chemicals, industrial chemicals, water treatment, process treatment, production chemicals, or related technical applications will be strongly preferred.
• Practical experience working in oil & gas, general manufacturing, or others
• Experience conducting product trials, field evaluations, technical assessments, troubleshooting, and customer technical support.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry or physical sciences, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications or postgraduate qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline will be an advantage.

• Minimum Base Remuneration: N400,000 per month
