Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing engineering initiatives by transforming architectural and design concepts into precise technical documentation for product construction. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to refine design layouts using AutoCAD, managing the procurement of necessary tooling and equipment, and conducting rigorous reviews of design schematics to ensure they meet all relevant industry benchmarks.

• Contribute to the successful execution of various engineering projects.
• Generate comprehensive technical drawings that serve as blueprints for structural and product development.
• Facilitate project alignment by coordinating reviews across multiple departments and key stakeholders.
• Manage and track problem resolution documentation to ensure all project tasks reach timely completion.
• Assist in the assembly and construction of prototype pilot builds to validate design concepts.

• A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Strong technical proficiency in both 2D and 3D AutoCAD software.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret design sketches and specifications to produce accurate technical illustrations.
• A solid understanding of standard engineering practices and industry-specific regulations.
• Capability to conduct on-site physical measurements to develop precise layouts.
• Practical experience working with various manufacturing tools and industrial equipment.

• Background in the automotive or trucking manufacturing sector.
• Bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
