Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. This role requires close collaboration with Equipment Engineers and the area Manager/Group Leader to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and process-related issues in support of production objectives. Active participation in area shift pass-down activities is essential, with work priorities established based on production requirements and operational needs.
Shift: N2 (Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30 pm - 6:00 am)
This Job Is For You If- You can perform preventative maintenance tasks and rebuild assemblies, with essential knowledge of hardware for chemical delivery, chemical processing, and handling for semiconductors
- You can assist in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems and perform technical servicing of semiconductor production and support equipment
- You can participate in activities to develop, document, and improve existing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems, working from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams
- You can interface with Senior Technicians and Engineers to support resolution of equipment-specific issues
- You can perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair on malfunctioning equipment
- You can recommend equipment improvements and interface with engineering as required
- You can perform routine maintenance on Wet Etch area systems
- You have the ability to rebuild assemblies in the Wet Etch areas of the fab
- You can participate in ERT/Safety events
