Chase - 11640 Bandera Road - Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage lobby traffic, including checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling meetings;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and connecting clients to the appropriate specialists;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs in compliance with bank policies
