Spurs Sports & Entertainment is seeking a motivated individual to support our ticket operations team. The Lead will ensure excellent customer service across phone, email, and in-person channels, supervise part-time staff, and help plan Franchise events. Flexibility to work day shifts and CAM events is required.
The role calls for a high school diploma, strong leadership and communication, and experience with Ticketmaster. Scheduling, cash handling, and Excel proficiency are important assets.
