The RoleDistributor Services Representative (DSR) based in San Antonio, TX to help keep our business moving. In the current state, you’ll partner with distributors, breweries, freight providers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments stay on track, and exceptional customer service is provided.
As the role evolves, we will begin to integrate AI technology and will need a candidate who is ready to grow with it – building data habits and problem-solving skills that set up a clear path toward deeper root-cause work. - Manage distributor order collection and ensure orders are submitted accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with breweries and shipping locations to keep product flowing efficiently.
- Partner with Sales by supporting reporting requests and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a better experience for our distributor partners.
- Become familiar with AI technology to build the data habit – using available data and KPIs to spot recurring issues and trends.
- Help monitor compliance, flagging discrepancies as they surface.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort interpreting procedures, contracts, and operational guidelines.
- Curiosity and comfort adopting new tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
