San Antonio Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a Building Operations Lead to supervise arena event setups, coordinate with Operations Management, and guide a 10–20 person team through basketball games, concerts, and events.
The role requires strong leadership, organization, and judgement in a fast-paced arena environment, with flexibility for weekends and long hours. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is preferred.
