Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking a Guest Service Lead to support and implement departmental standards across the Guest Services staff during all events at the arena. You will engage directly with fans and collaborate with internal partners at all levels to ensure a safe, entertaining experience.
The role requires prior customer service experience, English literacy, and the ability to work long, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
