Assistant Supervisor, Park Operations

as an assistant supervisor in our park operations department you will be responsible for supervising a shift within a specific outlet, establishing a positive atmosphere to ensure the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service, supervising, training, and coaching ambassadors, accurately tracking labor, complying with opening/closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with animal program check‑ins.

• minimum age 16 (18 for certain venues).
• provide approved footwear on first day.
• minimum of three months park experience or three months external hospitality or leadership experience.
• working knowledge of english with excellent verbal and written communication.
• provide excellent guest service to guests and ambassadors.
• walk and stand for long periods in extreme weather.
• willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• practice safe work habits and use personal protective equipment.
• ensure compliance with sea grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• complete all legal, company, and department training requirements, including testing and certifications on time.
• availability: 3 full days a week required; possible consideration for 2 days on saturday and sunday.

$13.00 per hour
