Accounting Manager

Our Vaco client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting Consultant to support financial reporting and audit needs during a critical period on an interim basis for approximately 2 months. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment requiring someone who can jump in quickly with minimal guidance.

• Support general ledger accounting and private company financial reporting
• Draft financial statement notes and footnotes
• Assist with and respond to external audit requests (KPMG)
• Perform financial analysis primarily in Excel
• Support accounting and reporting within the ERP system
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams

• Strong GL and financial reporting experience (private company)
• External audit support experience (KPMG preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and pivot between priorities
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Experience with Capital Markets and/or M&A
