Location: Primarily based at the CSO with some flexibility for remote work
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week

- Hands‑on treasury experience – You’ve worked with modern ERP systems and understand how cash flows through an organization.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Accurately and timely recording all cash receipts and manual payments
- Reviewing and reconciling Workday automated cash postings
- Tracking and reconciling QIPP and partner payments
- Initiating manual Wire and ACH payments as needed
- Supporting check status inquiries and stop payment requests
- Processing and printing accounts payable checks
- Managing company credit cards (new cards, limits, fraud inquiries, and closures)
- Overseeing positive pay files and resolving exceptions
- Assisting with month‑end and year‑end close, including providing bank statements to Accounting
- Providing bank and transaction information to internal teams as needed
- Partnering with Accounting and Central Billing to research and resolve cash posting issues
- Reviewing and maintaining Workday reconciliation rules
- Helping drive process improvements through training, documentation, and continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of treasury or cash management in a corporate setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with the Workday ERP system (a strong plus, but not required)
