Business Analyst

Vaco is seeking a Credit Risk / Treasury Analyst for a financial services client.

Vaco is partnering with a leading bank/Fin Tech client to identify a highly analytical professional with exceptional SQL skills to support consumer credit portfolios.
SQL is the #1 requirement for this role and will be tested during the interview process.

• Expert?level SQL skills (must?have; technical test required)
• US?degreed (Bachelor’s or higher from a U.S. accredited institution)
• Experience in a large bank or Fin Tech corporate environment (no contractor?only backgrounds)
• Credit risk or treasury experience
  , preferably supporting card, consumer, and/or auto loan portfolios

Due to fixed bill?rate constraints, candidates with outstanding SQL skills who meet most of the remaining requirements will be considered.

• SAS (preferred, not required)
• Python (plus)

• Perform complex SQL?based analysis on large financial datasets
• Support credit risk and treasury analytics initiatives
• Deliver reporting and ad?hoc insights to business partners

• Vaco screening
• SQL coding exercise
• Client interviews

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
