Business Analyst – Finance Analytics & ERP Integration
Remote (Some Travel Required)
Compensation: $125,000 – $138,000 + Bonus

My client is a rapidly growing organization undergoing significant finance transformation and system modernization efforts. They are seeking a Business Analyst – Finance Analytics & ERP Integration to support enterprise‑wide ERP initiatives, M&A integration, and advanced financial data analysis. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting Operations, and functional SMEs to build scalable reporting, streamline processes, and integrate newly acquired entities into the enterprise finance platform.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, transform, and validate large financial datasets using SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and other analytics tools.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to assess current‑state processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Translate finance and business requirements into clear process documentation, workflows, and analytical deliverables.
• Support the integration and consolidation of acquired companies into the enterprise ERP and finance systems.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks throughout integrations and system implementations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support Finance leadership with actionable insights.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops with Finance, Operations, and cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with change management activities for new systems, reporting structures, and process improvements.
• Contribute to building a scalable finance integration playbook to support ongoing M&A activity.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Strong SQL experience for querying, validating, and reconciling financial datasets.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytics/automation tools.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes and workflows.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or system integrations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in M&A-driven or fast‑paced environments preferred.
• Background in finance transformation, advisory, or transaction services is a plus.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale data models and reporting standards.
