Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, and wealth management solutions
  • Analyze client financial situations and design custom, goal-driven strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, consistency, and performance
  • Educate clients on investment strategies and financial products aligned with their objectives
  • Operate with autonomy while collaborating within a motivated, competitive, team-driven culture
  • Continuously develop technical expertise, communication skills, and professional presence

  • Strong foundation in financial planning, investments, and retirement strategies
  • Excellent communication skills; confident, articulate, and professional

  • Comfortable moving fast, learning quickly, and executing consistently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Series 6, 7, and/or 63 licenses or willingness to obtain
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in financial services, sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is a plus
