Guidehouse is currently seeking financial management professionals to support our Department of Defense client. These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, business process remediation, change management, and strategic communication.

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), DoD financial management policies and procedures and DoD organizational structures
• Expert support for audit remediation, sustainment, and financial statement reporting and analysis
• Understanding of current trends in enhancing compliance with accounting and auditing standards within an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
• Understanding of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) policies and federal financial management systems
• Understanding of DoD acquisition, inventory, property and material management

• A currently ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree
• TWO (2) or more years of experience supporting audit remediation efforts, including experience with audit liaison, internal controls testing, corrective action planning, and/or accelerated audit strategies. Experience should include accounting, audit, budget, finance, internal controls, and business process improvement, including at least TWO (2) or more years of experience supporting the federal government.

• Master's degree
• Currently possess one or more of the following certifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Program Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Federal Financial Management or Federal Accounting experience supporting the Departments of the Air Force, Army, and/or Navy

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
