* Divisional Operations Controller - Commissary & Regional Finance Support

* Position Summary:

*
* The Divisional Operations Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations for a high-volume commissary operation in the Dallas market while supporting broader regional finance initiatives across the East region. This role combines on-site financial ownership with regional leadership support responsibilities including training, forecasting, budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Oversee commissary financial operations including inventory, production costs, transfers, and revenue tracking

+ Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

+ Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts

+ Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to operations leadership

+ Lead training and onboarding for Controllers and GMs across the region

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits and internal control reviews

+ Drive system accuracy and reporting consistency across platforms

+ Support Regional Controller with various projects

+ Supporting Texas and Arkansas

+ Travel 25% - 30%

** Qualifications &

Experience:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 5-8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations finance

+ Experience in food service, hospitality, or commissary operations preferred

+ Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

+ Proven ability to lead training and support multi-unit operations
